Senior Account Executive in our Key Account Segment which is responsible for accounts with 300+employees

• Overall Account Management responsibility including retention and financial metrics

• Responsible for the strategic design of our plan offerings that meet the expectations of our plan sponsors

• Responsible for delivering frequent claim utilization reviews to assigned plan sponsors

• Responsible for cross sell opportunities selling Ancillary Aetna products into existing medical coverage

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,400
Maximum: 124,100

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

• Minimum of 5 years in the Group Health Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of commercial group funding mechanisms and a solid understanding of product and other related items is needed.
• Life and Health license is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Must reside in the AZ market
• Local travel required

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform
• Ability to multi task
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide a team of people delivering on client commitments
• Excel and Power Point

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
